A little about me
Learn moreI am a therapist practicing in Stockholm and Chicago, trained in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic approaches to understanding how we become who we are — and how we might become more fully ourselves. I work with people who have always taken in more than most, who are navigating the particular complexity of parenthood, or who are finding that living between cultures has quietly changed the shape of who they thought they were. My work is shaped by years of clinical training, by my own experience of leaving one home to build another, and by a genuine curiosity about the ways people’s minds, emotions, and bodies learn — sometimes slowly, sometimes suddenly — to work together.
